I have a flexible schedule which accommodates last minute assignments.

My services Include:Â Coordinate and oversee signing appointment; receive or reproduce documents for signings, ensure Real Estate documents are properly executed; delivery and return of documents for processing.Â
As an NSA I must follow federal and state regulations in order to protect the customer.

I am a certified Loan Signing Agent (NSA), and Pennsylvania Notary Public. I have been operating as a Mobile Notary for the past 2 years, and have obtained my certification to perform Real Estate loan signing. I am also a member of the National Notary Association.
